I bought this after hearing some good reviews, however it was extremely disappointing and I wish I'd tested it before buying. I'm with the earlier reviewer who mentioned about how short lived the scent is after applying, I'd be lucky if mine lasts an hour. The perfume itself, what I can smell, is lovely.
Should have been called 'evanescent'!

I expected a fragrance from Paul Smith to be classy, subtle and a little bit quirky - like his fashions. In that sense, this product didn't disappoint. Straight out of the bottle, it delivers a lot of citrus notes (almost lemony) with a floral mixture. Once on the skin, it quickly loses the lemon to become a gentle combination of flowery notes with some spice underneath. It is a light, fresh scent that would be perfect for work.

But it doesn't last! Eau de parfum should last at least five hours - this has all but disappeared with the hour. I'm using it now as a body spray. Even sprayed all over, it's gone before you know it.

The bottle's a bit shabby, too. It looks nice enough but feels cheap. Sad to say, this disappointing perfume lacks Mr Smith's usual hallmark of quality.

Armani NIGHT is not available in Germany since a couple of years. Its my favourit fragrance and Im so happy that I find at amazon.uk.
