I bought this for my little girl whose five months old and I have to say she loves it especially the mico, she loves to pull it and chew on it. The rotating seat is brilliant, she loves to swivel and play with the different activities. Everything on the activity station is entertaining from the keyboard that goes through the numbers & plays music to the disco ball that catches the light and shines around the room. The best thing about this station, is how easy it fold ups so that you can transport it and store and it's equally as easy to put back together. It was a great buy for our little girl, she gets such enjoyment out of it. Would highly recommend it especially if your baby is busy and loves investigating things.

I bought this when my son was 6 months old. He is bigger than average but not off the charts. 5 days after he was 9 months old he was playing in it, I went into the kitchen for about 40 seconds to switch on the kettle (I was watching this morning of all things) and heard an almight bang and scream. He'd managed to tip the thing over, bang his head on a floor to ceiling window and get his legs trapped in the tipped up activity station. We were both distraught, as you can imagine. I emailed Leapfrog on the 8th of the month (with photographs of baby in the activity station - obvoiusly taken when I'd calmed him down and photos of his bruises). I still had no reply (apart from an automated email) on 18th so I rang them and was told that my son was "bigger than average" although nowhere on any literature does it make refernece to height or weight - just walking/crusing (neither of which my son could do). My mum bought a second hand graco activity station which has four height settings. My son is currently on no. 3 - when its on the highest setting his toes barely reach the bottom - this has been much better value for money and safer. The leapfrog has only two height settings and could have really caused serious injury.

This is a great entertainment centre! The best thing about this is that it has greatly improved my 4 month old's motor skills and seems to have strengthened his back and legs. His confidence has gone through the roof since using it. He absolutely loves it! However there are a few faults: (1) The location of the on/off switch. It is placed in an awkward position under the station (2) The songs are limited and quite short (3) The book is not child safe as it has a pointed tab (for easy turning) and this can be a safety hazard for little eyes. Also my little one finds it quite annoying that the book only has one page which also acts as a switch from educational to fun music. All in all a terrific product worth buying but there's room for improvement.

I bought this activity station for my visiting grandson of ten months. As we live in a house without too much storage space the feature that it would collapse for easy storage, despite being quite a bulky item, was what decided me to buy it. As a piece of equipment to amuse a pre-toddler it is excellent. There are so many features to explore and the music and sounds are first class. It keeps my grandson amused and involved for much longer than I expected - he is safe, not crawling around, and gives me the opportunity to do other things for a short while. The fact that it does, as it says, pack away with the minimum of fuss when not in use, is actually a bonus, and I'm pleased that this feature did decide me to buy it. Well worth the price - I hope he doesn't grow out ot it too soon.
